In order to withstand the wear and tear of
being in the elements, Car Badges are usually made in a
Hard Enamel (Cloisonné) process.
The back of the badges commonly has a screw, or prong, back attachment, so
that the badge will adhere firmly. Besides the Car Badges, we also stock Fraternal Car Emblems, which are made in aluminum and can be stuck onto the windshield of the car. |
Most Christmas ornaments are made using the Etched with Soft Enamel process, as the brass is the thinnest with this quality. This will make it easier to hang the ornament onto the tree. | |
